Bystanders on Mistletoe Lane in East Redding Saturday night were amazed to learn that a driver suffered only minor injuries from a crash that wrecked wood fences, a concrete wall and a utility pole. 21-year-old Christian Serratos was arrested for DUI. Mistletoe Lane was closed for several hours as REU replaced the power pole and the downed lines.
