A popular graduate of Foothill High School has been murdered in the Netherlands. 21-year-old Sarah Papenheim was attending college in Rotterdam and was stabbed to death by a neighbor in her apartment building on Wednesday. Her attacker was caught a short time later trying to escape on a train. No motive has been identified. Papenheim was well-liked by many locals, who say she always had a smile and a positive disposition. She was a drummer in the Foothill Band and graduated in 2015.
