A fugitive from Paradise was captured in Anderson Monday night. An APD Officer stopped a car for an equipment violation and neither the driver nor the passenger had any I.D. They also both said the car didn’t belong to them. The driver gave the name and date of birth of a real person, but the officer was not convinced. Eventually the man was identified as 35-year-old Jacob Nathaniel Osborne of Paradise. He had apparently given the officer his cousins name. Osborne was wanted for felony child abuse, corporal injury to a spouse and DUI.
