A pair of burglary suspects were captured by police very early Wednesday morning in a North Redding subdivision. A resident of the Highland Park Subdivision called to report seeing someone messing with her car, and then going into her backyard. Redding Police responded with assistance from a CHP aircraft and eventually found Dwight Maker and Ciara Cetina, both 22-years-old. Maker, who’s on Post Release Supervision for a stolen car conviction, allegedly had credit cards and an Iphone that didn’t belong to him. Cetina, who had an outstanding arrest warrant, also reportedly had stolen goods with her. The property belonged to residents of the nearby Quail Ridge Subdivision who had apparently left their car doors unlocked overnight.
