Bureau Of Reclamation Increases Releases From Keswick Dam

The already-swollen Sacramento River began rising again Thursday morning. With more rain in the forecast, the Bureau of Reclamation started increasing releases at Keswick Dam from 20,000 cubic feet per second to 30,000 CFS at 10AM Thursday. At it’s peak a few week ago, the releases were at 40,000 CFS. On Thursday morning Lake Shasta was a little less than 17 feet from the crest of the dam.
