Passenger Found With Drugs Sentenced To 120 Days In Jail

A Corning woman has been sentenced for a drug bust that resulted from an unintentional wardrobe malfunction. Jessica Ann Segee was a passenger in a traffic stop. The Corning Police Officer who pulled the car over could see a fist-sized plastic baggie sticking out of Segee’s bra, and he asked if it contained drugs. She admitted that it did. There was 1.5 Ounces of Methamphetamine in the bag. Segee also had another bag with 3.5 Grams of Meth and a bag with 4.2 Grams of Heroin. She was convicted of felony possession of drugs for sale, and has been sentenced to 120 days in jail and five years probation.
