A 28-year-old woman who was reported missing in Siskiyou County has been found dead. Ashleigh Raeann Starr was last seen on July 12th with her boyfriend in the Mount Shasta area near Gumboot Lake. On Thursday morning the sheriff’s office reported that on July 19th a body was found near the Twin Arrows Campground in the Mount Shasta area. The deceased was positively identified as Ashleigh Starr. The sheriff’s office says there were no signs of foul play and Starr’s family has been notified.
