Growth Of Six River Complex Slows, Fires Remain 80% Contained

With most activity in the northeast of the Campbell Fire, the Six Rivers Lightning Complex around Willow Creek continues to grow incrementally, now at 28,100 acres with 80% containment. Still only one structure has been destroyed and there have been 5 injuries on the largely inaccessible fire. Some evacuations are still in effect and they can be seen at Federal lands on the Lower Trinity Ranger District remain closed.
