A fire forced a closure of Oasis Road in North Redding Tuesday evening. It broke out in dry grass and Gray Pines just west of Interstate Five near Oasis and Old Oasis shortly before 8 O’clock. The fire was under control in about 30 minutes, and was held to around 2 acres. The cause is still under investigation.
