Redding Police teamed up with the CHP Monday for a high visibility traffic enforcement detail in some of Redding’s most vehicular-congested areas. Officers had a heavy presence on Interstate 5, Highway 44, Cypress Avenue, Hilltop Drive and downtown during the morning commuting hours. Many traffic stops were made and citations issued. Three arrests were made for outstanding warrants.
