An arrest was made after a fire that damaged a commercial building on Bechelli Lane. At 25 minutes after Midnight on Halloween night, Redding Fire Department was called to 2520 Bechelli Lane, which is a building used by the Redding Subaru service department. A trash fire had caused about $500 damage to the structure. A fire investigator responded and arrested 42-year-old Charles James Pratt and he was booked into jail for arson to a structure.
