A man referred to by Redding Police as a “habitual burglar” has been implicated in additional crimes. 21-year-old Roy Moore is already in jail, where he’s been held without bail for burglaries that include Dairy Queen on September 3rd, Chipotle, 5 Guys Burgers, and Boheme Salon on September 26th, and California Pita Station on October 11th. Police say they now have retrieved video surveillance linking Moore to other break-ins, including the Modern Pup Station in Cypress Square November 24th, and Popeye’s Chicken on East Cypress November 29th. All of the burglaries were done after forcing entry or breaking glass to get in. Moore has been arrested by the RPD 23 times since the beginning of last year.
