The CHP is looking for witnesses to a road rage incident that happened Friday in the Arcata area. At 8:25AM Friday morning, 19-year-old Daniel Robert Logan Fernandez Ralls was driving a 2014 Mercedez Benz C-350 on Northbound Highway 101 when he got into an altercation with another driver and reportedly pulled out a semi-auto handgun and fired a round toward the other vehicle. He apparently missed and there was no damage. Ralls was arrested a couple of hours later in the McKinleyville area. Witnesses to the shooting are asked to call 707-822-5981.
