Red Bluff Police say a head-on collision last night involved two drivers who both should not have been behind the wheel. A little after 7:30PM 54-year-old David Brown was driving a Toyota Corolla at around 70 miles an hour on Highway 36 about a half mile west of Monroe Avenue when he collided head-on with an Audi Q3 driven by 62-year-old Tracy Battaglia. Brown’s 14-year-old passenger suffered minor injuries and Brown was arrested for felony driving under the influence and child endangerment. Battaglia suffered severe injuries. Her driver’s license had been suspended for DUI and she’s on probation.
